Welcome to SoulSpace, a digital journaling and social media platform operated by Meta Minds Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SoulSpace app ("the App") and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

1.2 Account Registration

• You are required to create an account to access certain features of the App.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Respect the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Avoid posting content that is defamatory, harmful, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the App’s systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

2.1 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the App, including journal entries, posts, and media ("User Content").
• By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the content in connection with operating and improving the App.

2.2 Prohibited Content

• Violates any laws or regulations.
• Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains harmful, abusive, harassing, or offensive material.
• Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1 Free and Paid Services

• The App offers both free and premium features.
• Premium features are available through subscriptions or one-time payments.

3.2 Billing

• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds for unused portions of subscriptions are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, UK GDPR, and Indian IT Rules to protect your data.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the App, excluding User Content, are owned by Meta Minds Inc. or licensed to us.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Feedback

• Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide become our property, and we may use them without obligation to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for third-party services, links, or content accessed through the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meta Minds Inc., its affiliates, and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

8.2 By Us

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or at our discretion if your use poses a risk to others or the integrity of the App.
